-    How do I create my account?
To create your account, click on “Register” on the upper right corner of your screen and follow the procedure.
-    How do I log into my account?
To log into your account, click on “Login” on the upper right corner of your screen then enter your email address used to create your account and your password, then enter the One-Time Password (OTP) received by email or text message (SMS).
-    May I use several email addresses for the same account?
You can only use one email address per account.  
-    How can I change the email address linked to my account?
You can change your email address in your administrative profile accessible on the dashboard of your personal account, in the upper right corner of your screen.
-    I forgot my password, what should I do?
To reset your password, on the “Login” page, click on “forgotten password” in the center of your screen and follow the procedure.
-    I cannot log in.

2-    Questions on clinical studies

-    Can I leave the e-cohort?
If you wish to do so, you can leave the e-cohort at any time from your administrative profile accessible on the dashboard of your personal account.
-    Can I leave the e-cohort during a study?
If you wish to do so, you can leave the e-cohort during a study but you first need to leave the study you are a part of.

-    Can I leave a study?
If you wish to do so, you can leave a study at any time from your personal account in « my study section at the right side of your screen and selecting the study your wish to leave.  However, it is your responsibility to contact the investigator to inform him of your choice and of your reason.
-    What shall I know before participating in a study?
Before your participate in a study, you must carefully read the “information sheet” and the “informed consent form” and take the time to understand them clearly before accepting them.
-    What are the “information sheet” and the “informed consent form”?
The information sheet is a document detailing all the characteristics of the study. The informed consent form contain all the information on the course of the study, and on the exams you would have to undergo. Do not hesitate to ask the study coordinator, your doctor or even your relatives. It is mandatory to sign this document to participate in a study. If changes are made to the clinical study in which you are participating, your clinical team will provide you with a revised consent.
-    How to apply for a study?
To apply for a study, you must log into your personal account, go in “My study” section, then in the "Participate in research" section on the right of your screen, and select the study that interests you. You can then apply for this study by following the procedure.
-    Can I apply for several studies at the same time?
You can apply for several studies at the same time.
-    Can I participate in several studies at the same time?
You may be included in several studies at the same time, provided you meet the inclusion and / or exclusion criteria for these studies.
-    When will I be included in a study?
Only an investigator can include you in a study and only if you meet the inclusion and / or exclusion criteria of the study.
-    Can I refuse to participate in a study?
You can refuse to participate in a study regardless of your reasons.
-    How can I get the results of the study in which I participated?
When the study is completed and the results of the study are made public, you can access them directly on Leuconnect website.
-    Can I get the results of a study I did not attend?

-    Who should I contact for medical advice?

3-    Question about data protection and confidentiality

-    Is my personal information well protected?
Yes, your personal information is well protected by an approved health data host in the sense of the provisions of article 1111-8 of the Public Health Code (CSP) (Almerys).
-    Can I fill in the profile of my child in his place?
If your child is a minor and / or unable to create an account, you can do it on his / her behalf and complete the information requested.
-    What happens to my personal information in the event of death?
In the event of death, your personal information is kept for future potential exploitation for research purposes under the conditions mentioned in article 56, paragraph 3, of the Data Protection Act, if and only if an agreement was given when enrolling in the e-cohort. Without prior agreement, your data will be archived after being anonymized.
